As the Chief Revenue Officer at Bluewater Technologies, he works with a team of 200+ experts to create demand and advise clients including General Motors, Rocket Mortgage, and Penske Corporation on workplace technology, corporate events, and modern retail experiences.

Prior to Bluewater, Bob was the founder and CEO of LevelEleven, a sales management system used by some of the world’s most progressive sales organizations— including HP Enterprise, Comcast Business, Google, CarGurus, Verizon, and hundreds more. Bob raised millions in venture capital from some of the top investors in the world, and ultimately sold LevelEleven to a private equity firm who continues to successfully expand on the foundation he created.

Before founding LevelEleven, Bob was a key salesperson turned sales manager and executive at ePrize, a fast growing success story in metro-Detroit. As a seller, manager, and leader, Bob helped scale the company to a 400+ person powerhouse in the digital marketing industry. There, Bob recruited, hired and trained top talent, and secured some of the company’s top customers, including General Mills, Ford, American Express, General Motors, Target, and Delta Airlines.

Based on his success building two category-creating businesses, Bob has been invited to speak at leading industry events including Dreamforce, SaaStr, Sales 2.0, AA-ISP, and HubSpot’s INBOUND, as well as published in Fast Company, Inc.com, Quotable, and the Harvard Business Review.

Today, Bob is carrying that same expertise and transformative message to keynote stages around the globe.
